Who is responsible
The Kindoru project team. Kindoru is not yet a registered company; we will publish the legal entity and address here before launch.
What we collect
- Your email address (required).
- Whether you joined as a person or a business, and your organisation name if you choose to give it.
- Your consent, and the time you signed up.
- Which link brought you here (utm source, medium and campaign tags, and the referring page), so we know which posts work.
We don't ask for your name, phone number, or anything about who you'd like to meet.
Why, and on what basis
To tell you about early access and, for businesses, to discuss a design partnership. We rely on your consent (Swiss nFADP; GDPR Art. 6(1)(a) for people in the EU/EEA). You can withdraw it at any time; this does not affect anything done before.
Who processes it
Our form and hosting provider: Netlify, Inc. (USA). Data may be stored outside Switzerland, in the USA. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
How long we keep it
Until you ask us to delete it, or until the waitlist closes. After that we delete it.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your data, or object to how we use it. Reply to any email from us. You can also complain to the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC), or your EU data protection authority.
Cookies
This site sets no tracking or advertising cookies. It stores the utm tags from your link in your browser's session storage until you close the tab, and sets no other cookies or storage. There are no third-party scripts, analytics or trackers on this site.
